The cat behind the edit
Meet Master Shifu.
A ginger cat with impeccable timing, firm opinions, and no patience for objects that do not earn their place.
The original Meowbles design critic.
How it began
He never cared what was made for cats. He cared whether it felt right.
Master Shifu has always moved through our home with purpose. He claims the warmest patch of light, watches the room from exactly the right height, and quietly ignores anything that asks too much of him.
We watched beautiful cat products become clutter while ordinary objects became firm favorites. His choices were simple: comfort, curiosity, a good view, and room to be himself.
That became Meowbles—a carefully edited store for objects that support the way cats already live and settle naturally into the homes they share.
Our simplest rule
If Master Shifu would not choose it, it does not make the edit.
What he taught us
A quiet teacher with a very clear brief.
Master Shifu reminds us that cats do not need more things. They need better places to rest, climb, scratch, eat, play, and watch over us.
The name fits. He has a way of turning ordinary routines into lessons: slow down, notice what works, and keep only what belongs.
The Meowbles standard
Designed around the life already happening.
- 01
Instinct first
We begin with how cats naturally rest, climb, scratch, hide, eat, and play.
- 02
Calm at home
Useful forms, quiet materials, and considered proportions belong in the room.
- 03
Chosen with care
Every object should solve a real need and earn the space it occupies.
From his home to yours
