App account deletion

Delete your Meowbles app account

In the app, open Account → Delete account, type DELETE, and verify your identity. This also removes the same Meowbles website member account.

Request deletion without the app

Email help@meowbles.com from the email used for your account with the subject “Meowbles account deletion”. If you use Apple private relay, include that account email and contact us for ownership verification. Do not send passwords or identity documents.

Deletion removes cat profiles, private files, care records, reminders, favourites, inbox, push registrations and linked Repeat data. Unused points are forfeited and unused reward codes closed. Existing orders continue. Purchase and minimal loyalty transaction records are retained for delivery, refunds, support, accounting and avoiding duplicate credits or recreation from old order events. Support chat is separate; include a chat-deletion request if needed. Backups may retain copies until rotation.
